The resources here are not in any order but each one shifted my paradigm or wisdom in some grand way. I only wish I had this collection many years ago. Enjoy!
No source is 100% perfect. Revelation from God, however, is reliable to the extent it reveals His wisdom. Not all secrets about nature or the creation are revealed in Gods word nor would we likely be able to comprehend them in a thousand volumes if they were. God, as the creator, is the ultimate authority so It only makes sense that the laws that govern the nature of our fallen world are best understood through him. I believe communicating with nature is really just communicating with him.
The written Word, is not the only source of revelation. Anytime a gardener hears nature guide their hand to a better way, they have heard God in one way or another. These gentle teachings can not be obtained by compulsary means. but have been a source of great inspiration when applied. I never considered that Gods word might include gardening wisdom but wearing the lenses of a gardener uncovers a slew of garden wisdom. Truth is universal and circumscribed into one great whole. D&C 88:7-13.
Mark 10:43-44 perhaps fungus, bacteria and protozoa which, despite their size, are are actually the greatest force on earth and chief among the hosts of life forms? They are the most numerous and relentless force on earth yet they do all the work and serve us large creatures who rely so much on them. Without these tiny microscopic life forms, life would perish.
