“I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring: And they shall spring up as among the grass, as willows by the water courses.” -Isaiah 44:3

Water is among the greatest blessings bestowed upon man. It is life itself. If anyone said they don’t know chemistry, ask if they know what H2O is? Chemistry, of course is not what you read but what you experience.

Oh that substance of life. Its presence is being. You can not go anywhere without it are you the vessel that carries it or is it the vessel that carries you? To give it is love. What else more welcoming by full volume embrace every particle of ones being fully submerged and only more cleansed thereby?

If water, so simple a molecule, was really simple, why then does the possession of too little or too much bring death? Why does it hold memory, expand when frozen, form so many different crystals and why was the mariner, sailing over the bowels of the deep, compelled to exclaim “water, water, everywhere but nary a drop to drink?”- Samuel Taylor Coleridge

Water is the life blood of this planet. Without it there would be no atmosphere or oxygen.

Over the past two decades I have given much personal study time to the topic of water. I find it a most fascinating and complex substance. Water can form 15 different crystalline structures and 35 general snow flake formations. A snowflake, for a brief lifespan, forms with flowing liquid veins as though it were a living creature. Water can be programed. It retains memory of its surroundings picking up frequencies as it travels (including emotion). Distillation allegedly erases and resets frequencies allowing molecules to pick up new frequencies such as the sound of lightening, which helps rain penetrate soil and hydrate plants with soluble nutrients. An average size cloud of only 1 square kilometer (.6 sq miles) weighs over one billion pounds if condensed water and would fill a lake with over 120 million gallons. There is more water suspended in the clouds than all the worlds rivers combined. Taking all the oceans into consideration, only 1% of the earths water is fresh/ drinkable. Water is only H20 when it is 7.0. The hydrogen to Oxygen ratio actually fluctuates depending on the PH. In simple terms, water that really hydrates actually bends closer to H30.

When it comes to drinking water, I was alarmed to run across a nearly insurmountable heap of controversy. Much of it doesn’t make sense and appears to exist for no reason other than to sell water. If you can’t make water a limited resource, how can you make people buy it. And you make people believe they can’t make water, you tap into a billion dollar industry. Countless devices for filtration or reverse osmosis contributes to a nearly $500 billion dollar bottle water industry. Here's a kicker, alkaline water is not more hydrating and selling it as superior hydration is actually a lie. Yet many consumers are sold on the idea and have swallowed this concept hook line and sinker. What is even more confusing is the claim that minerals in drink water are healthy and necessary. BIG FAT LIE! Just the opposite is true. You drink water to hydrate.

The “total dissolved solids”, or TDS concentration in water is the sum of all the substances, organic and inorganic, dissolved in water. Magnesium, sodium, potassium, bicarbonate, sulfate, chloride, nitrate, and silica typically make up most of the dissolved solids in water. Although some of these do represent electrolytes the body needs, it is not the cleanest most effective form. You would be better dissolving a tiny bit of ocean salt in pure distill water than drink the sludge in most water. much of it is intentionally put into water by city water facilities to make it potable. Yet putting electrolytes in your water is looking beyond necessary when balanced electrolytes, including all your other required nutrients, are easily retrieved from your food. The more purified the water, the more nutrients it will pull from food.

Optimal hydration only occurs when water has a TDS measurement below 50 yet most bottled water is above this (Aqua Panna, 188; Fiji, 210 ; Evian, 357 ; Perrier, 475) some bottled waters have insane levels of disolved minerals (San Pellegrino, 1,109 mg/l; Badoit, 1,200 mg/l; Contrex, 2,032 mg/l; Gerolsteiner, 2,527 mg/l)

How drinking water tastes plays a huge role for name brand soda beverages like Cola Cola. Soda companies only make their products from standardized proprietary water that must taste a certain way before it is ever sent off to be mixed with flavor. If soda companies don’t trust bottle water, why should you?

Upon testing rain water I was surprised to find that, aside from modern pollution, it can fall as clean as 0 mg/l. To demonstrate what this means, after washing my face and hands in 1 quart (32oz) of pure rain water, it metered in at only 8 ppm. after including my feet and a nice scrub it went up to 60 ppm. ow compare that to the tap water in my city which come out around 250 ppm.

For the last two decades, me and my family have almost exclusively been drinking pure distilled water made from a Durastill machine I have in my home. Many false notions exist about distilled water including the idea it will leach vital minerals from your body. It does leach more from the body but these are toxins and heavy minerals your body doesn’t want or need. It’s in charge of what it releases. When you feel “dehydrated” what you hear people say they need is hydrogen; not minerals! We get more hydrogen from pure water because it caries more hydrogens. As a result we are able to get more minerals from our food where they’re suppose to come from. Is it really that different? If you’ve never rinsed your hair or tried to cook rice with pure distill water you are in for a shock. Careful, it will turn rice into gooey mush quick. This is good for the body though. If you live on a healthy diet of nutrient rich foods, you will only benefit from drinking pure distilled water. When I first began drinking Durastill water, the first few days I noticed I had to pee a lot. This obviously meant a cleansing of the liver, kidneys and other areas. I also began to have sharp dreams and after a few months I began to notice I could think much more clearly. Like the movie Phenomenon, I actually began feeling my thoughts getting brighter and firing faster. I began to feel a greater desire to learn everything. Is this the effect of a harmful substance? I think not.
